Indiana men’s basketball (17-8, 8-6 Big Ten) is set to take on Illinois (8-15, 1-11 Big Ten) on Sunday afternoon on the road in the hunt for a huge boost to its NCAA Tournament resume.

The Hoosiers’ last outing was a 92-74 home blowout over Oregon that saw Lamar Wilkerson score 41 points. Indiana has figured a few things out as of late as it works to mix Tayton Conerway back into its backcourt rotation with Nick Dorn starting at small forward while Wilkerson slides over to shooting guard.

The Fighting Illini’s last time out was a 92-90 overtime loss to Wisconsin at home with the Badgers coming off of a disappointing ending against the Hoosiers. It was the second consecutive loss for Illinois after a road defeat against Michigan State last Saturday, with both matchups coming down to competitive overtimes.
