Happy Monday, friends. Some fun and interesting little news bites to feast on in this first week of Spring Training. First, Tarik Skubal is expanding his skill set, learning to become the team’s unofficial barista. Riley Greene is hoping to hone his skills after a tremendous 2025 season. And a potential leaked look at the new throwback jerseys the Tigers have been hinting at.

Plus, old friend Nick Castellanos was unexpectedly released by the Phillies, and has found a new home and new position with the Padres, where he’ll be playing first (insert Ron Washington Moneyball meme here).
