The Coastal Bend was dominant in the 50-yard freestyle and London's Jonah Shelton repeated as boys state champion in 1-meter diving at the Class 4A UIL State Swimming and Diving Championships in San Antonio.
Shelton scored 396.20 points in the boys diving competition to stand atop the podium for the second straight season.
Tuloso-Midway's Gavin Lopez improved on a fourth-place finish to win gold in the 100 butterfly in 50.13 seconds.
It was Lopez's second medal in the event after finishing third in 2024 as a sophomore.
Kade Riley led a Coastal Bend surge in the boys 50 free, earning silver in a time of 21.71. Calallen's Nico Pickens was third (21.75), Lopez was fifth (21.97) and Kolt Riley was sixth (22.55) as the Corpus Christi area made up half the field in the 'A' Final of the event.
Calallen's Naomi Low finished just off the medal stand in two events, finishing fourth in the girls 50 and 100 free.
