Former Colorado forward Jabari Walker is staying with the Philadelphia 76ers for a bit longer.
The Sixers are expected to sign Walker to a two-year contract after he impressed the front office during his two-way contract. Walker earned a rotation spot this season while averaging 3.7 points per game to go along with 3.1 rebounds per game in 45 games played.
For Colorado fans, the news marks another milestone for one of the program's more recent stars. Walker spent two seasons in Boulder from 2020-22, developing into a key player for Tad Boyle's program and one of the Pac-12's better wing players. During his final season in Boulder, Walker earned All-Pac-12 First Team honors after averaging 14.6 points and a league-best 9.4 rebounds per game.
