Utah will defend its 2025 ski national championship on home snow.

The NCAA announced Tuesday that it is moving the 2026 NCAA Ski Championships to Utah from Montana due to “insufficient snowfall and conditions.”

The championships will be held from March 11-14. Utah Olympic Park in Park City will host the Alpine events and the Nordic events will take place at Soldier Hollow Nordic Center in Midway.

Utah last hosted the NCAA Ski Championships in 2022, winning the national title. Utah will also host the championships in 2028.

The Utes have won five of the last six NCAA championships, including last year in New Hampshire.
