Welcome to SB Nation Reacts, a survey of fans across the NFL. Throughout the year we ask questions of the most plugged-in Cardinals fans and fans across the country. Sign up here to participate in the weekly emailed surveys.

The Arizona Cardinals coaching staff is coming together and we can debate how the full staff looks, but the main question for right now is this…

How would you grade the Arizona Cardinals coordinators hirings?

Just a refresh.

Offensive Coordinator – Nathaniel Hackett: Offensive Coordinator for the Jacksonville Jaguars (2016-18), Green Bay Packers (2019-2021), Denver Broncos Head Coach (2021), New York Jets Offensive Coordinator (2023-2024)

Defensive Coordinator – Nick Rallis: Arizona Cardinals Defensive Coordinator (2023-present)

Special Teams Coordinator – Michael Ghobrial: New York Giants Special Teams Coordinator (2024-25)

So, Hackett is a known commodity with a lot of experience, but his success has not been great since he left Green Bay with LaFleur’s brother, Matt.

Rallis has only the Cardinals experience as a coordinator and has never had a top 20 defense, but he will be the guy for the first time, no Jonathan Gannon over his shoulder.

Ghobrial has a couple years with the Giants as a coordinator, and has bounced around before that, but his success the last two years was not bad and he improved year over year.

What are your grades for the coordinator hires?
