Marini Joins Tech3 for 2027-28 MotoGP Seasons

Luca Marini has officially signed with Tech3 KTM for the upcoming 2027 and 2028 MotoGP seasons, marking his departure from Honda. The move comes as Tech3 transitions to a new ownership structure led by Guenther Steiner, which will handle rider negotiations directly.

Unlike the previous two seasons when Enea Bastianini and Maverick Vinales raced under direct KTM contracts, Tech3 will now be independently responsible for securing its own riders starting in 2027. Despite this change in structure, the team will continue to operate with KTM machinery. catcross.org
