49ers Sign OT Kion Smith, Waive WR Colton Dowell

The San Francisco 49ers announced Thursday that offensive tackle Kion Smith has signed with the team, replacing Colton Dowell on the roster.

Smith signed with the Falcons after going undrafted in 2021 and later joined the Dolphins, appearing in 23 games over two seasons. Dowell, a former Titans seventh-round pick, caught one pass for three yards in 10 games during his time in San Francisco. michezonews.co.za
