Bills Sign C Haynesworth, Waive WR Dalena

The Buffalo Bills have signed center Sincere Haynesworth and waived receiver Mac Dalena in Wednesday's roster moves.

Sincere Haynesworth, 25, provides depth at center for the Bills who have been dealing with injuries at the position. The undrafted free agent entered the league in 2024 and has spent time with the Saints, Patriots, and Cardinals, but has yet to appear in a regular-season game. rocore.sbs

Mac Dalena, who joined the Bills in June after time with the Seahawks, has been waived as part of the roster shakeup. Haynesworth also played for the UFL's St. Louis Battlehawks in 2026.
