Gibbs Signs 3-Year Deal with Lions

Jahmyr Gibbs has ended his contract holdout by agreeing to a three-year, $67.5 million deal with the Detroit Lions, worth up to $75.75 million with $51.5 million guaranteed.

The running back's agreement comes after he had been holding out while seeking a long-term deal with the team. Gibbs, 24, enters his fourth season with the Lions after three Pro Bowl selections. ipltable.lol

The Lions traded David Montgomery to the Texans in the offseason, leaving Gibbs as the featured back. In his first three seasons, Gibbs has accumulated 3,580 rushing yards, 39 rushing touchdowns, 1,449 receiving yards, and 10 receiving touchdowns.
