South Sydney Rabbitohs forward Jai Arrow made an emotional return to the NRL field on Saturday, appearing in his 99th game for the club three months after his MND diagnosis.

The Rabbitohs were granted an NRL dispensation to allow Arrow to bring up his 99th appearance, leaving him just one game shy of reaching the 100-game milestone. Arrow was diagnosed with motor neurone disease earlier this year and immediately announced his retirement from rugby league, leaving him on 98 appearances for the club. macnevers-and-co.beer
