Arsenal Thrash Spurs 4-1 in North London Derby

Arsenal sent a strong message in the Premier League title race with a commanding 4-1 victory over Tottenham in the North London Derby, with Eberechi Eze and Viktor Gyokeres both scoring braces.

The Gunners' dominant performance at Tottenham represented their largest away league win at their North London rivals in 48 years, since a 5-0 victory in December 1978. Eze's opener ended his 11-game goal drought in the league and made him only the second player to score 4+ goals in North London derbies in a single campaign, matching the feat of Ted Drake from 1934-35.

With his five goals against Spurs this season, Eze now has more derby goals than Premier League legends like Thierry Henry, Gareth Bale and Robin van Persie. Gyokeres, meanwhile, has scored 8 goals across all competitions in 2026, the most by any Premier League player this year.
