Australia's Hickman suffers sternum injury in Olympic crash

Australian teenager Ally Hickman finished seventh in the Winter Olympics women's slopestyle final despite suffering a bruised sternum in a nasty crash at Livigno Snow Park.

The 16-year-old Sydney schoolgirl was in fourth place after the first run, navigating the course with a score of 67.70. She completed the event despite the injury.

Mari Fukada won the gold medal in the event.
