Barco move to Chelsea not done deal - Romano

Chelsea are considering the possibility to sign Valentin Barco, with Fabrizio Romano confirming that while the Blues are monitoring the situation, it's not 100% decided yet. The midfielder is a strong possibility to become a new Chelsea player.
