Caleb Walls, 27, was promoted to head coach of the Dr. Phillips Panthers after serving as wide‑receiver coach for three years. The move follows the retirement of long‑time head coach Rodney Wells, who led the program from 2011 to 2025.
Wells finished with a 136‑50 record and seven double‑digit win seasons. The Panthers finished 9‑4 last year and ranked 76th in the state.
