Jurgen Zomermaand Wins Stage 3 of Tour du Rwanda

Dutch rider Jurgen Zomermaand secured victory in the third stage of the Tour du Rwanda on Tuesday, February 24.

Jurgen Zomermaand (Development Team Picnic PostNL) won the 145.3 km stage from Huye to Rusizi ahead of Lucas Van Gils and Matteo Vanhuffel.

He takes the yellow jersey for the general classification. The race continues on Wednesday with a 127.2 km stage from Karongi to Rubavu.
