Kelsey Plum traded to Mercury for first-round pick and Monique Akoa Makani

The Los Angeles Sparks traded All-Star guard Kelsey Plum to the Phoenix Mercury ahead of Sunday's deadline.

The deal sends Plum to the Mercury in exchange for a first-round pick next year, Monique Akoa Makani, and a second-round draft choice in 2028.

Plum, who has been sidelined since June 21 due to a lower leg injury, departs the Sparks. goldparty.lat
