Mbappé Joins Messi, Ronaldo in Elite Champions League Club

Kylian Mbappé joined the elite Champions League club with his 14th goal in the 2025-26 campaign, putting him alongside Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi and Ruud van Nistelrooy.

Real Madrid's talisman scored in the 74th minute during their 2-1 defeat to Bayern Munich in the first leg of their quarter-final tie. The 27-year-old now has 69 goals in 97 Champions League appearances, ranking sixth all-time.

Mbappé is now just three goals away from matching Ronaldo's single-season record of 17 goals, set during the 2013-14 campaign. The French forward will look to continue his form when Real Madrid travel to Bayern Munich for the second leg next Wednesday.
