Mol and Sørum Win Montreal Final

Anders Mol and Christian Sørum secured a historic victory at the Montreal sand volleyball tournament, defeating Brazilian pair Renato/Andre 21-17, 21-18 in the final. The match was delayed due to bad weather but the Norwegian duo dominated once play resumed.

The victory comes just after the pair earned silver at the European Championship. Mol and Sørum will now temporarily split to play indoor volleyball before reuniting in spring 2027 to prepare for the 2028 Olympics.
