Rodrigues gifts SUV to childhood coach

After India’s Women’s ODI World Cup win, Jemimah Rodrigues presented her childhood coach Prashant Shetty with a new SUV as a thank‑you for his decades of guidance.

Rodrigues, who starred with unbeaten 76 vs New Zealand and 127 vs Australia, thanked coach Prashant Shetty for his long‑standing support by gifting him a brand‑new SUV. Shetty, who has coached Rodrigues since she was nine, recently opened the Kkalpavriksha Cricket Clinic in Bandra. Rodrigues will soon join the national camp in Bengaluru before heading to England for the T20I series and the 2026 Women’s T20 World Cup. michezonews.co.za
