Tigres Edge Chivas 3-1 in Quarterfinals

Tigres UANL bounced back from an early deficit to defeat Chivas 3-1 in the first leg of their Liga MX Quarterfinals match in Monterrey.

Juan Brunetta and Jesus Alberto Angulo scored in the second half to secure the lead for Tigres, who dominated the latter stages of the game. Chivas struck first through Ricardo Marin, but Tigres' Diego Alexander Sanchez added a late goal to seal the 3-1 victory.
