USA’s ‘Blade Angels’ Aim for 2026 Olympic Podium

The United States’ trio of Amber Glenn, Alysa Liu and Isabeau Levito, known as the Blade Angels, are poised to challenge for medals at the 2026 Winter Olympics in Milan, potentially ending a two‑decade absence from the podium.

The Blade Angels rank in the top five of the ISU world standings and all earned medals at the U.S. Championships. Their combined skill and momentum have drawn praise from former Olympian Tara Lipinski, who said a U.S. sweep could be possible.

Johnny Weir highlighted the trio’s geographic diversity, noting how each represents a different region of the country. Glenn stressed that performing their best programs is key to securing a medal and ending the 20‑year drought.
