Kyle and Samantha Busch have reached a settlement in their lawsuit against Pacific Life Insurance and agent Rodney Smith.

The two-time NASCAR Cup Series champion filed suit in November seeking over $8 million, claiming an alleged retirement plan scheme. The settlement terms were not disclosed in the announcement.

Busch had accused Pacific Life and agent Rodney Smith of mishandling his retirement funds, though the insurance firm had not commented publicly on the specific allegations before the settlement.
