Nirei Fukuzumi tops Suzuka Super Formula test

Toyota driver Nirei Fukuzumi set the fastest lap during Super Formula pre-season testing at Suzuka on Thursday.

Fukuzumi, now with Rookie Racing for 2026, clocked a 1m36.290s in dry conditions, edging out Nakajima Racing's Igor Fraga by 0.055s.

Meanwhile, Luke Browning escaped a crash at the notorious 130R corner during the session.
