Inter Milan To Trigger Stankovic Buy-Back Clause Amid Atletico Interest

Atletico Madrid have emerged as admirers of Club Brugge's Aleksandar Stankovic, but Inter Milan hold the decisive advantage with a buy-back clause.

Atletico Madrid's directors are reportedly "in love with" the qualities of the 2005-born midfielder. However, Inter Milan retain an option to repurchase Stankovic, exercisable either this summer or in 2027.

All indications point toward Inter triggering the clause this summer to bring him back to Milan.
