Inter Milan midfielder Nicolo Barella has endured an underwhelming season so far, often struggling to reach his former heights.

Despite his household status at San Siro, the 29-year-old has been a shadow of his former self this term.

Indeed, the former Cagliari man has only scored once in 32 appearances across all competitions.
